Founded by wife-and-husband team Jennifer Garrido Santos and Paul Nutting, we bring decades of combined experience to every project, along with a heartfelt commitment to people-first service. We're proud to power homes and businesses while building lasting relationships in our community.

Paul is a licensed master electrician with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. He leads our field operations with precision, safety, attention to detail, and pride in every job — from simple repairs to EV charger installations, panel upgrades, kitchen remodels, and commercial projects.

Jennifer, a licensed therapist by trade, brings her strengths in organization, communication, and business operations to the heart of Collective Electric. As co-owner, majority stakeholder, and customer experience lead, she ensures that our values of care, clear communication, and reliability are felt by every customer we serve.
